Domestic standard delivery is typically between 2 - 5 business days and Express Post is typically between 1 - 2 business days.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option is available for all orders and is free of charge for orders over $100 within Australia. For orders under this amount, a flat rate shipping fee will apply. All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours and are sent via Australia Post.

Express Shipping: For customers who require their orders to arrive faster, we offer an express shipping option for a small additional fee. Orders placed with express shipping will be dispatched within 24 business hours and sent via Australia Post Express.
International
International Standard Post typically takes 6+ business days to arrive and International Express Post typically takes 4 business days to arrive. These estimated time frames exclude potential customs processing and may be subject to delay due to global circumstances.

International Shipping Policy
Please take note of your country's importation regulations before placing your order, as we are not liable for items declined by customs in accordance with their prohibition policies.
For international orders/shipments, the country of delivery may charge customs fees or taxes and it is the customer's responsibility to pay them. We are not responsible for paying these fees or the rate charged by customs.
If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high fees, we will not refund or reship your order via another carrier. The package will be left at customs. If you want a refund, you must pay the customs fee to ship the package back to us. Once the package is received back, we will credit you for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and the customs charge to send the package back to us.
Please be aware that customs officials in the country of delivery may open and inspect the goods. We are not responsible for orders that are held up, damaged, or refused by customs due to this process.
If Customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from Customs, we can issue you a refund for the order. However, if the package is not returned to us by Customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.
